Payment :
The Turkish Doulas Association is a volunteer-based organization still in its formative stages. During this process, various expenses arise, such as website development, organizing promotional activities, joining international associations, and taking steps towards institutionalization. We can only cover these expenses through the financial support of our members.
While our union activities are focused in this direction, since we are not yet an official institution or legal entity, we cannot request membership fees from our members with receipts. On the other hand, while guaranteeing that the aforementioned expenses are transparently documented, we expect a certain amount of donation as a membership requirement. This amount has been set at 350 TL for the year 2024. Also, valid for the year 2024, we do not request an entrance fee.
Membership renewal takes place every year in May, regardless of when the membership login was made.
If you decide to withdraw from membership in the year you became a member or later, or if your membership is terminated by the TDB due to conduct contrary to the association's bylaws, payments made up to that date will not be refunded.
Support:
The Turkish Doulas Association operates on a voluntary basis and is still in its founding stages; therefore, it needs the support of its members to carry out its work and grow. We look forward to your voluntary participation in the association's operations.
Attendance at the annual meetings organized by the association is mandatory.
