In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by Doula Initiative (our group) as the data controller, by being used, recorded, stored, updated, transferred and classified within the framework described below. In this context, our Group takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, primarily to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, including the right to privacy.

The target audience for this text includes all natural persons who communicate with our Community, share data with us, and whose personal data is processed by us. As the data controller, the personal data that may be processed includes your name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, physical image recording, and cookie records.

Your personal data shared with us is processed to enable you to benefit from the services offered by our Community, to determine the community's strategies, and to carry out business development and planning activities. It is also used to facilitate administrative operations related to internal and external communication and to organize your participation in training sessions, seminars, or events we organize. If you subscribe to our e-newsletter via our website, your email address will be recorded and stored to send you informative content, announcements, and emails related to our community.

Your personal data that you share with our community is collected and stored in written or electronic form via our website, social media platforms, email, and similar means. We implement the necessary technical security infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or damage to your data. Once the legal retention period expires, your personal data will be removed from our community's data flows through deletion, destruction, or anonymization methods. Your collected data may only be transferred to public institutions or organizations explicitly authorized by law to request it, within the scope of legislation and for the purposes stated.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), you have the right to inquire whether your personal data is being processed by our Group, to request information if it is being processed, and to learn whether it is being used in accordance with the purpose of processing. You can also request to know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, to request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and to request its deletion or destruction within the specified conditions. You also have the right to object to any unfavorable outcome resulting from analysis by automated systems and to request compensation for damages you have suffered due to the unlawful processing of your data.

You can submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above to our Community in writing, along with identifying information. You can deliver your request in person, send it through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, or send it to info@doulainisiyatifi.com .
